Kia ora, I’m Amy.
I believe deeply in the body's capacity to heal — and in the profound role that touch, body awareness and nurturing your nervous system play in that process. These are not additions to good health, but pathways to it: ways of promoting recovery, restoring balance and cultivating lasting wellbeing.
My intention is to support you to create a deeper sense of safety in your body, access your natural capacity for calm, and build lasting resilience through connection, rest and embodiment.
I offer holistic massage, nervous system support and yin yoga. My approach is trauma-sensitive and person-centred, and above all, I want you to feel genuinely supported and empowered in every session.
Over 15 years of working with clients from many different backgrounds and for many different reasons, I have been privileged to hold space for each person - meeting them where they are and adapting what I offer to their needs on any given day. What I notice as a common thread across every individual is the stress that lives in the body — both physical and emotional. This understanding has shaped the way I work.
My recent training in nervous system support and trauma-informed practice has deepened my approach, allowing me to offer not just massage, but practical tools that clients can carry into their everyday lives — small, meaningful ways to support themselves between sessions and beyond.
