Massage Therapy
A individualised therapeutic approach to massage that addresses physical and emotional wellbeing by acknowledging the whole body rather than specific symptoms. Focuses on releasing tension and shifting nervous system states.

System Support
A support session to hold space for you where you are at. Weaving together kōrero (story and discussion), nervous system awareness and education , guided yin yoga, and gentle head and neck massage.

Yin Yoga
A gentle practice that invites you to slow down working with long, supported holds that gently target the deeper connective tissues of the body: the fascia, ligaments and joints. It is a practice of stillness, of listening, and of learning to feel safe in your own body.
